Dr. Mallory Bradbury, originally from Olathe, Kansas, graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine and has been dedicated to caring for horses in Eastern North Carolina over the last 10 years. Dr. Mallory is excited to continue her practice in Eastern North Carolina as owner and founder of Wilmington Equine Associates.
Dr. Bradbury grew up riding and competing in both dressage and hunter/jumpers, which sparked her passion for equine sports medicine. She went on to complete an internship at Fairfield Equine Associates in Newtown, Connecticut, where she focused on sports medicine and rehabilitation, primarily working with English performance horses.
She has a strong passion for sports medicine and enjoys helping horses perform at their highest level. Outside of work, Dr. Bradbury loves spending time with her dogs and friends, attending live music events, tackling escape rooms, and traveling whenever she can.
Dr. Lindsey Arthur grew up in South Boston, Virginia, and earned her veterinary degree from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine.
With more than five years of experience in the equine veterinary field, she is excited to return to the Wilmington equine community and build a practice centered around compassionate, progressive, and dependable care for both horses and their owners.
Dr. Arthur’s professional interests include equine reproduction, acupuncture, and internal medicine cases. She is passionate about developing strong client relationships while providing thoughtful, individualized care tailored to each horse’s needs.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Arthur enjoys home improvement projects, baking, and relaxing beach walks with her two dogs, Sullivan and Maxwell.
Bri Warnock brings a lifelong passion for horses and a diverse equine background to Wilmington Equine Associates. Her experience spans multiple disciplines, including Arabians, Saddlebreds, and Hunters, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the equine athlete and the companion horse. She is deeply committed to all aspects of equine care, with a special interest in maintaining peak performance, health, and well-being.
Bri has proudly served the local community for years as a veterinary assistant and is excited to be part of the continued growth and vision of Wilmington Equine Associates. She was recently accepted into the Cape Fear Veterinary Medical Technician program, and we look forward to supporting her journey and watching her grow within our practice.
Jessie Malpass has had a lifelong passion for horses, beginning with 4-H and her first horse at just 7 years old. She grew up riding Endurance Arabians before transitioning to trail riding and camping.
After earning her nursing license in 2013, Jessie began working with Dr. Mallory Bradbury in 2019—making it a full-circle moment to now be back working together again. As she puts it, horses are WAY better patients than humans.
Jessie now owns and operates a retirement horse farm with her husband and family. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her daugther with her barrel racing and rodeo aspirations, and spending time cheering on their second daughter out on the softball field.
We are incredibly lucky she makes time for us and are grateful to have her as part of the Wilmington Equine Associates team.
